  • How much will it cost?

    Every job is different. Following your site visit, you will receive a written estimate or quotation for the work you have asked to be carried out. If there are additional items you wish to add on the day, then please discuss them and these will be priced in addition on a per item basis and added to the bill.

  • How long will it take?

    Following receipt of initial inquiry Roots to Shoots Horticultural Services will aim to make contact within 48hrs to discuss your specifics requirements. A day/time convenient to you to visit site will be agreed. Once scope of works is fully established Roots to Shoots Horticultural Services will provide you with a timeline for completion of works.

    Please note: Completion timelines could be subject to change due to weather conditions, but please be assured where these instances may occur Roots to Shoots Horticultural Services will work with the client to ensure changes necessary are made known at the earliest opportunity.

  • Are you able to take waste away from site?

    RTS Horticulture Limited is registered as a lower tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency. Registration number: CBDL35040

  • What if it is raining or the weather is bad?

    We work in all weathers, unless of course it has an impact on our working safety or ability to complete work to our normal high standards.

  • How do we pay you?

    On completion of the job via bacs (preferred option) or cheque. You receive an invoice on completion of works.

  • Are you insured?

    YES! For your peace of mind Roots to Shoots Horticultural Services have £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance, £5,000,000 Product Liability Insurance and £10,000,000 Employers Liability Insurance. ASK to see ALL Insurance documentation when getting prices.
